We try to answer emails every day. If you do not notice a reply, please check your spam box, or you may have typed your email address incorrectly. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX IF YOU ARE A BT CUSTOMER. We are also BT customers and we have noticed that they have a rather bizzare spam tagging system which targets their own customers. Oh and they are always passing the blame back to their customers for doing something, which all of us have not. We answer all emails within 24hrs, including weekends. If you have not received a reply, then do mail us again or give us a call.
