Making a booking
You can book via phone, email, contact form or in person at reception.
Bookings are not transferable to another party
When making a booking you agree that you or at least one member of your party is eighteen years or over, you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any member of your party or animal accompanying you. All sites are to be used for recreational camping only.
Prices
The prices are based on a daily rate unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time prior to payment of the final balance.
Prices do not include any additional services, features and facilities unless expressly stated.
Gazebos - Gazebos are allowed at no extra cost.
Payment
Payment for bookings can be made by cash or card. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by cheque in advance.
Refunds - the balance of your stay doesn't need to be paid until you arrive on site. If for any reason you need to cut your stay with us short, we will always offer a credit note for any nights you couldn't stay.
Arrival and Departure
It is important that you report to the site reception on arrival, before pitching and pay any outstanding balance on your booking and any additional fees.
Arrival times on site are from 8am for non electric pitches and 12pm for electric pitches. If you will arrive after 6pm please let us know in advance.
Electric pitches must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with the Site Team. You do not have to leave the site, we just ask that you move off your pitch for the next campers to arrive.
Management and behaviour on site
As the person booking the holiday, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on site.
To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10pm. No music is allowed on site after 10pm.
Dogs are welcome on our campsite. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and any fouling must be collected and disposed of.
We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay on our holiday park who is listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this). By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is on the register.
Complaints
We want you to have an enjoyable holiday. Should you have cause for complaint, please contact our reception immediately who will try and resolve your complaint and advise you of our complaints procedure.

A booking is confirmed only when both the signed and completed booking form with the deposit are received and our official confirmation and receipt has been issued. A booking is the responsibility of the person signing the booking form and is not transferable to another person. If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday you should notify us as soon as possible. Payments for the holiday are refundable (less admin fee of £20), if the booking is cancelled 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. If the holiday is cancelled after this date, any refund will be at the management's discretion.
Balance of full payment can be paid on arrival. Credit and Debit card facilities are available.
Following the confirmation of the booking in accordance with the booking form, any subsequent alternations may results in additional charge of £10 per alteration.
If using a static caravan or a cottage you are expected to ensure that the accommodation allocated to you is kept in a clean and tidy condition throughout your stay and is left in a clean and tidy condition for the next arrival. Breakages should be reported on departure. We reserve the right to levy a £25 fee if this condition is not met.
Accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
Whilst all reasonable care and precautions are taken we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to the inventory, and they shall check the said inventory on arrival, the inventory to be posted within the accommodation. Any discrepancies or damages should be notified to reception within two hours of arrival departure they may request a member of management to check the inventory and inspect for any damage (between the hours of 8am and 10am). If no request is forthcoming the persons on the booking form shall accept,without question the liability to reimburse the management for any items missing or damaged that shall be discovered by a member of staff, in accordance with a schedule of replacement costs.
We reserve the right to have access to the accommodation at any time for the purpose of repairs or inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accommodation at our own discretion. If in the management;'s opinion any person is guilty of unreasonable behaviour or conduct prejudicial to the well-being of others, we will retake possession of the accommodation immediately.
In the event that a key shall be lost, the party leader shall reimburse management the sum of £10 per key.
In the event that management allows a client to occupy accommodation with their pet(s), it is on the following conditions
a) Owners will 'clean up' after their pets at all times
b) Animals will be kept on a lead at all times while on the site.
c) Owners undertake as an explicit term of their booking that their pets are of reasonable disposition.
d) It is strictly forbidden for pets to be left in accommodation unattended - you will be asked to vacate your accommodation if this occurs.All clients undertake to ensure that they are adequately covered by their insurance policy against cancellation, personal injury, damage to their vehicles and public liability. The signing of the booking form by the lead member is an understanding to comply on behalf of each member of the party.
The management accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, injury or other perils.
In the unlikely event that you should have any cause for criticism or suggestion during your stay you should bring the matter to the attention of the management so that efforts may be made to meet your requirements or solve problems. It will be considered unreasonable to make any criticisms either in writing or verbally after your departure should the management not have been given the opportunity to attend to any matters arising during your stay.
